Our Usual Prices, Packaging and Payment Terms

Usually, our MOQ for one item is – 100 pieces for ignition coils, electric fuel pumps, or sensors; 50 pieces for electric fuel pump assembly, alternators or starter motors. If the quantity for each item you order is less than or more than our MOQ, the unit price will be increased or decreased accordingly. If you need only one item in an order, the unit price will be a little bit higher. If you place several items of products in an order, the unit price will be lower for each item. You know several items of products in an order will dilute our combined costs. It can help us offset the high port inbound logistics costs and freight forwarding customs declaration costs for a small number of products.

For our old customers, we will try to keep the same prices as previous orders. However, if the exchange rate fluctuates sharply, or the price of raw materials and components or labor costs rises greatly, we will quote you updated price in the new orders. You may list as many products as you need, our sales staff know how to maximize the use of valuable container volume. Usually our larger customers will use 40 HQ containers to reduce shipping costs. If some of your goods cannot fit in one container this time, they can be delivered in your next order.

For small orders, usually we use neutral packing. So the price is quoted as per neutral inner box instead of color inner box. If you need color inner box, please let us know at the beginning. We will add in the cost of the color box. When the coming order reaches a larger amount, we can print color inner boxes for you at our expense. Color inner boxes with your own logo under your authorization can be made when the same size reaches 1000 pieces. We usually combine the same size inner boxes into several common sizes so that we can print color boxes at a more affordable cost.

If you have some special requests, we can also design the color box for you free of charge according to the information you provided. We can also carry out product laser typing and label sticking for you according to your special requirements.

For payment, we use T/T. 30% deposit is paid in advance, the balance should be paid before the goods are delivered.

Our Preferential Prices and Payment Terms

We have more favorable payment terms for our regular customers who have been working with us for many years.

The First Method - When the customer has cooperated with us for more than three years or has placed more than 10 orders, if the customer pays in time, never defaults on the payment, and has a good reputation, we may give you 30% to 40% of the total contract amount for collection at destination port.

The Second Method - When the customer has cooperated with us for more than 5 years or has placed more than 20 orders, if the customer pays in time every time, never defaults on the payment, has a good reputation and the cooperation with us very smoothly, we can give you 50% to 60% for collection at destination port.

The Third Method - When the customer has cooperated with us for more than 5 years or has placed more than 20 orders, if the customer pays in time every time, never defaults on the payment, has a good reputation and the cooperation with us very smoothly, we may accept no deposit from the customer, and all the payment may be paid before the goods are delivered.

However, for payment to be collected after the goods arrive at the destination port, or no deposit business, the boss of the customer needs to stamp and sign the Contract or Proforma Invoice and send it back to us in PDF or JPG format for file.
